If you are unable to sign for the package yourself, you may authorize someone else to sign on your behalf. The authorized person must follow the above procedures. The courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the designated address. Anyone within that address can sign for the package; delivery to the intended recipient is not guaranteed.
For orders delayed due to incomplete information, we will hold them for 5 days and notify you via email. Please reply promptly or contact customer service. If you do not reply within the specified time, the order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be arranged.
